Edmonton police seek identity of two men suspected in August pharmacy robbery

City police are seeking the identity of two men who on Aug. 23, at about 5:45 p.m.,  entered a pharmacy in the area of 23 Street and 23 Avenue, approached staff and demanded narcotics.

City police are seeking the identity of two men who are suspects in an August pharmacy robbery in southeast Edmonton.

On Aug. 23, at about 5:45 p.m., it was reported to police that two men entered a pharmacy in the area of 23 Street and 23 Avenue, approached staff and demanded narcotics. The men then left on foot with the drugs, heading northbound on 23 Street.

There were no injuries in the robbery.

Detectives continue to investigate and hope someone may recognize the suspects and contact police.

The first suspect is described as a white man in his 20s, approximately five-foot-eight to five-foot-10 and having a “distinctive nose.” He was reportedly wearing a blue face mask, a black Air Jordan hoodie, dark blue or black jeans, and white flat soled sneakers. He was also carrying a black Adidas backpack.

The second suspect is described as a Black man in his 20s. He was reportedly wearing a black face mask, a black Roots hoodie with white draw strings, black jogging pants that were tight at the ankles, and black sneakers.
